The Edge hires young adults from several colleges across the U.S. and local High Schools. Whether its for counseling, maintenance or kitchen work, We are always excited to see who the Lord brings our way. Every summer is a new experience, and each experience is equally rewarding.

As part of our summer staff you not only enjoy a summer of fun with campers, but also have the opportunity to impact their lives for eternity. Develop life-long friendships, Mentor young boys and girls, Grow in your walk with Christ, These are just some of the things you can experience when you spend a summer with us at The Edge.
