Summer camp is a tremendous training experience for anyone who is looking for a summer ministry. An extension of the local church ministry and Bible college training, summer camp benefits individuals in receiving valuable opportunities to utilize their academic knowledge and church doctrines in the daily experiences of ministry life.

The Edge hires young adults from several colleges across the U.S. and local high schools. We are continually eager to see who the Lord brings our way to fulfill the vast variety of needs in counseling, program, maintenance, or kitchen work—all equally important areas essential to a smooth summer camp experience. Every summer is a new experience, and each experience is equally rewarding.

As part of our summer staff team, you not only enjoy summer fun with campers, but also could impact their lives for eternity, develop life-long friendships, mentor boys and girls, and, most importantly, grow in your personal walk with Christ.
